Ion Chamber at Head, 45, and 90 Degrees in RF Room - Video Lesson

For this exercise, We wanna show you how the dose changes around the patient's body. So we've got it set up with the, as you can see here on monitor. You know, we have the, thorax phantom. We also have the skull phantom above it for no real reason other than it's just we wanted it there. And, we have on there this little quarter, and that'll be our measuring point. And so what we're gonna do is have the ion chamber eighteen inches away from that. We're gonna show you this in four different places. We're gonna start with the ion chamber up at the head, and we're gonna go to a forty five degree angle then we're gonna go to a ninety degree angle. And as you can see, there's the lead on. So after we shoot it with the lead on, we're gonna the lead off and show you the difference, then we're gonna also go down to the foot end, which is why we don't have the abdomen phantom down there. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to get eighteen inches away
