Difference in Dose Between 1fps, 2fps, and 3fps with Digital Spots - Video Lesson
We're here in an RNF room, which stands for radiographic and fluoroscopy room. And we're gonna be showing you now about digital spots. So here, there's a choice between one frame per second, two frame, three and four. We don't even use three or four at our hospital because there's so much dose going on because these these frames would have been like in the old days when you were actually changing out spot films. These are real exposures. It would be just like taking your x-ray tube and making an exposure. But now you're doing two per second, let's say, or three per second. Which is why here at our hospital, we just have a rule that nobody uses three or four. But for our little, you know, what we're gonna show you right now, we will show you one, two, and three.
