The Ferlic Filter - Video Lesson

Now I wanna do a little discussion on the Furloughed filter. And the Furlick filter is this amazing filter. There's a bunch of them for all these different body parts, but the one we're gonna be talking about today is the one for the swimmers and for the cross table lateral hip. Anytime that you can't get a good image, whether it was the whether you're still using film, whether you're using CR, whether you're using DR, it just, you know, it doesn't matter if you're not getting the perfect image every single time. This filter will change your life. It is that good. So here's what the filter looks like. You can see that it's thicker here. Thinner here, and there's no filter at all there. So you're just gonna always put the thickest part if you're doing a swimmer, the thick part's gonna be up here in my neck area. You're doing a cross table lateral hip, the thick part's gonna be there on my leg. And then the thinnest part, you know, where there's no filter, that's gonna be on the thickest part of the patient.
