Clements-Nakayama Method - Video Lesson

So the final thing I wanna talk about is the clemenced Nakayama method, also called the modified axial lateral cross table hip projection. So it's done very similar to how you're doing a cross table lateral hip. So you have that thirty to forty five degree superior angle but then what is the big difference is you put a fifteen to twenty five degree angle towards the floor. So this is what it looks like. If you only put a fifteen degree angle on there, you can see that there's quite a lot of superimposition still over that hip. As you go to twenty degrees, you can see it's much better. And when we get to twenty five degrees, you can see that there's almost no superimposition. So really, twenty five degrees is the way to do it. So you're going to just be angling up towards the head like you always do for cross table lateral hip, but now you're going to be angling down
