Reciprocity Law - Video Lesson

Hey, everybody. Welcome back. This video is about the reciprocity law. The law of reciprocity describes the relationship between MA, exposure time, and the total mass. The basic relationship is very simple. MA multiplied by the exposure time in seconds is equal to the total mass. So here's an example, fifty MA multiplied by point two seconds equals ten mass. The law of reciprocity says that we can change the MA. Then change the exposure time by the same amount and still have the same total mass. For example, we can double the MA to one hundred We can reduce the exposure time by half to point one seconds, and still the total mass is ten. And we can do that again. We can double the mass from one hundred to two hundred
