In this view, we will be demonstrating the AP shoulder external rotation. The AP shoulder external rotation should be performed with the patient standing at the upright buccy or lying supine on the radiographic table with a forty inch source to image distance and no tube angulation. I have placed my IRN crosswise. I'm using forty inches SID. All locks are engaged.
