This applies to all plans and billing frequencies, and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal. You can easily update your billing information, change plans, or cancel your subscription anytime through the billing portal in your account.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or mistakenly purchased the wrong plan, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund within ten days from the initial purchase date.

Please note that the money-back guarantee does not apply to automatic renewals or school bookstore access codes.

Obtaining Continuing Education (CE) credits within the Clover Learning platform is a straightforward and uncomplicated process. To receive CE's, you must:

• Have an active Cross-training or Continuing Education subscription
• Successfully complete each course's cumulative post-course assessment with a score of 75% or higher within three attempts.

After successfully completing a post-course assessment, a certification of completion will be automatically added to your user account for access and download.

It is important to remember that although it is not required to view and complete all course lessons before taking the assessment, it is highly advisable. This is because the assessment contains questions based on the video lessons.

Note: The Training and Exam Prep Plan does not include access to post-course assessments and should not be selected if you intend to pursue CE credits through our platform.

Yes, definitely! Your user account and CE certificates will always be accessible, regardless of whether or not you have an active subscription. This means that you can easily check your billing details, view and download any certificates you have earned, and review your past engagement history on the Clover Learning platform.

Yes. The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT®) serves as the Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanism (RCEEM) for the ARRT®. In this capacity, the ASRT® grants approval to Clover Learning’s course content on behalf of the ARRT®. Because the ASRT® is acknowledged and accepted by the ARRT®, all of our courses that offer CE credits are also recognized and accepted by the ARRT®.

To cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, go to the billing portal within your user account profile on the Clover Learning platform. Please note that canceling before the renewal date will only stop the auto-renewal process.

If you cancel before the renewal date, you can still access platform content until your original subscription period ends. For instance, if you purchased a yearly subscription on January 1 and cancel it on January 10, you'll still have access to platform content until December 31 of that year. Your subscription will expire on December 31, and content won't be available until you purchase a new subscription.

Note: It is the responsibility of all users to monitor their own subscriptions and renewal dates. An email reminder will be sent to the email address you have entered in your profile.

Yes. You have the flexibility to change your platform access plan and/or billing frequency at any time. Simply access the billing portal within the Clover Learning platform to make the necessary adjustments.
