Requesting a Refund

For monthly recurring subscriptions, refunds will ONLY be given for the past month, NOT multiple months. Refund requests for yearly purchases must be requested within the first 30-days of purchase. 

NOTE: Due to ASRT guidelines:

  • Refund requests for CTtechBootCamp will be denied if unable to successfully complete any of the five post-course assessments within your allotted three (3) attempts.

  • Refund requests for CTtechBootCamp will be denied if any post-course assessment have been attempted.
