This applies to all plans and billing frequencies, and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal. You can easily update your billing information, change plans, or cancel your subscription anytime through the billing portal in your account.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or mistakenly purchased the wrong plan, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund within ten days from the initial purchase date.

This means that you can easily check your billing details, view and download any certificates you have earned, and review your past engagement history on the Clover Learning platform.

Yes. The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT®) serves as the Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanism (RCEEM) for the ARRT®. In this capacity, the ASRT® grants approval to Clover Learning’s course content on behalf of the ARRT®. Because the ASRT® is acknowledged and accepted by the ARRT®, all of our courses that offer CE credits are also recognized and accepted by the ARRT®.

Continuing education (CE) credits are received by successfully passing a post-course assessment. A score of 75% or higher is required on each post-course assessment within three (3) attempts.

Also, we want to remind you that CE credits earned through Clover Learning are not automatically reported to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT®) or the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT®). Therefore, it's your responsibility to report your earned credits to the appropriate organization.

If you earned a credential after January 1, 2011, you are required to do CQR for that credential. If you earned a credential prior to January 1, 2011, you are not required to complete CQR for your credential. Additionally, all of our courses have been approved for use toward CQRs. With your Clover Learning subscription, you can enroll in any combination of courses and utilize the earned credits to fulfill your biennial Continuing Education requirements, Structured Education (if applicable), and/or CQR requirements.

Many states with CE requirements accept American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT®)-approved courses. All of our courses have been approved by the ASRT® for Category (A) CE credit.

Licensing requirements differ from state to state. If you are unsure of your state's requirements, we recommend that you contact your state licensing board directly for additional information.

Yes. Our courses are ASRT®-approved. Specific course requirements for the state of California are as follows:

Limited Permit X-ray Technicians

• 24 credits related to the application of x-ray to the human body
  • If the technician holds digital authorization, then 4 of the 24 credits must be specific to digital radiography.***

Certified Radiologic Technologists

• 24 credits related to the application of x-ray to the human body. 4 of the 24 credits must be specific to digital radiography. (Required for all CRTs)***
  • If the CRT also holds a fluoroscopy permit, 4 of the 24 credits must be specific to radiation safety for the clinical use of fluoroscopy.*
  • If the CRT also holds a mammography certificate, 10 of the 24 credits must be specific to mammography.

*For the fluoroscopy requirement, the course must cover fluoroscopy-specific material.
*** Computed tomography will also satisfy the digital radiography requirement.

All credits submitted by residents of California must be specific to the application of x-ray. This includes modalities like CT, radiography, mammography, fluoroscopy, etc. but excludes topics like patient care, ethics, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
